The mornings and evenings are cooler and I’m so grateful. There was a lovely cool breeze this afternoon so I went for a walk. Exactly what I needed on my road to recovery.
There’s a tree that I walk past often, I watch it eagerly for signs of a shift in the season. Today I spotted some lovely gold colored leaves. This really pleased me :-).
A really nice day. It’s the simple things.
